Event Overview
"Shikujiri is Back" is a talk session and networking event where startup entrepreneurs, VCs, and CVCs gathered at IVS2026 bring together their stories of failure. The theme for IVS2026 is "Japan is Back". But to be honest, it's also true that everyone who has made a comeback has had a moment when they almost died. The night when funds were running out, the morning when the team fell apart, the day when they made the wrong investment decision—these are the real stories that aren't told in the glamorous main IVS event, and the event will begin on the evening of July 3rd in Kyoto.
